At Trendora, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

1. Returns & Refunds

  • You can request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • To be eligible, the item must be:

    • Unused, in the same condition that you received it

    • In the original packaging

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you about the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

 

2. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned or refunded, including:

  • Products that are used, damaged, or not in their original condition

  • Sale items, gift cards, or promotional items

 

3. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need an exchange for the same item, contact us first at support@trendora.com.

 

4. Order Issues

If you received a wrong, damaged, or defective item, please email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos. We’ll resolve it quickly with a replacement or refund.

 

5. Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item).

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

 

6. How to Start a Return
